Q & A

We have had a few questions put to us that may be of use to all of you.  So for the benefit of all we have included a Question and Answer page to assist you on your way.

Q.        We do not want to stay too far from the conference centre.

A.        The recommended hotel is directly across the road from the conference centre.  This is approximately 30 meters from the centre.  You can easily walk into the centre of town from this accommodation in 10 mins.

Q.        We would all like to stay together.

A.        The Te Pania Hotel has 114 rooms. Should everyone wish to stay in the same accommodation, we recommend booking early in 2009.

Q.        Can we fly to Napier?

A.        Yes, there are regular domestic flights from all 3 international airports - Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Q.        How far is the Conference venue from the Napier airport?

A.        The Napier Airport is located 10 minutes from the Conference venue.

Q.        Is there a maximum age limit on car rental hire?

A.        No, as long as you have a current drivers licence, and bring your complete licence along to collect the car there is no maximum age limit, the normal conditions of rentals apply.
